Weatherall Windows is constantly monitoring the situation in respect of COVID – 19 and is taking all necessary steps to help keep everyone safe and limit any impacts on our supply service.

Unfortunately, at this time we have decided to close our showroom to the public until further notice.

To ensure that we are able to continue on with our services and maintain measures and installations, we ask all customers to adhere to the following:

• If you experience any symptoms relating to COVID -19 or are feeling unwell we ask that you promptly communicate this to our office as we will to you if any of our staff are showing symptoms.
• If you would like to obtain information or pictures of our windows and doors please visit our website www.weatherallwindows.net.au and complete the online Contact Us form. One of our friendly staff members will contact you and forward all relevant information and photos as required.
• If you have an appointment booked for a measure or installation our staff will greet you with a friendly hello and smile, we ask that you please do not shake hands with them as per guidelines and keep a 1.5 metre distance from them.
• When measures are taking place we ask that you please go to another room of the house whilst we are measuring and on installation, if you have the option to vacate the property we ask that you please do so or again please stay in another room of the house to where we are working.
• If you would like to obtain a quotation but are not feeling well or do not feel comfortable leaving your house, please email your request along with estimated measurements to us sales@weatherallwindows.com.au and we will send the quotation across to you via email.
• We are working closely with our suppliers to ensure that everyone is taking the appropriate steps to keep business and supply running as normal for as long as we can and to deliver your double-glazed windows and doors.
